Main Ingredient: Ajwain(carom seeds) Ingredients 10 carom seeds oil for deep fry For the better 1 cup besan 1/2 chilli powder A pinch of turmeric powder A pinch of asafoetida(Hing) 1tbsp hot oil salt to taste
Mix all ingredients together with a little water to make a thick batter.dip each ajwain leaf in the batter.deep fry in hot oil until golden in colour.
