Job Summary:

  • Scheduling Coordination: Manage and update caregiver schedules to ensure consistent patient care.
  • Billing and Claims Management: Assist with processing patient billing, insurance claims, and tracking payments accurately.
  • Patient Records Maintenance: Keep detailed, compliant records for patient care and service documentation.
  • Caregiver Support: Help with onboarding, scheduling, and tracking caregiver credentials to meet agency standards.
  • Communication: Serve as the contact for patients, families, and caregivers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues empathetically.

Note: New graduates or entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. We provide training and support for all administrative duties. Candidates should be willing to commit to a tenure of at least one year.

Note: Require to apply CPT/OPT and clear BGC.
